    Fabulous traditional hotel with spotless and silent rooms. Variety of food at breakfast, such as fresh bread, pancakes, and eggs. Fab and unbeatable location right next to Spanish Synagogue. And right by airport and the nearby Tram stops.

    The staff were fantastic, nice services. Got beautiful room with the shower and nice furniture and a mattress near the window had a memorable stay overall.

    Hotel liegt direct am Fluss und sehr Romantik.

    The reception gave the uncorrect information to us .We asked the reception for one Restuarante with Live music they gave us wrong information about the price and also the restuarant had no live music

    Staff were excellent very helpful nothing was to much trouble and a great breakfast. Location is good just a quick walk to the old town etc. I will be back again in the future.

    Location. Spa center was good and it's staff was very nice. The room was also good

    Breakfast was quite poor and monotones for the 5 star hotel. Some staff could’ve smile more to the customers, especially lady at the restaurant and all staff at the hotel reception. When I was checking in I was charged a deposit 8000 kr to my credit card which is in general the normal practice, but the lady at the reception haven’t even mentioned anything about the charge. She just used the credit card that was used for the booking and I found it out later on by sms alerting service from my bank. So, in general overal service could've been better

    Comfortable base for discovering Prague with knowledgeable and excellent staff from doormen to desk to waiters. Particularly good location, relatively near a vast castle complex. Great trip in this super nice area adjacent to where the buffet was worse than a hostil in Zambia. Good for one night.

    We had a fantastic stay recently, enjoying the very good breakfast and the fine views of the river traffic right from our room, making it super easy to explore nearby attractions like the beautiful Charles Bridge just a 10-minute walk away.

    No Pool. Used the one next door, then got charged for it. Sauna was tiny, and booked out one person at a time. Fitness facilities overall disappointing.

    This hotel is facing the Vitava River and one block from main shopping and close to old town square. The rooms were spacious and the staff were excellent. Free Wi-fi in rooms and lovely buffet breakfast.

    The room was amazing with a perfect view and the bathtub was a real treat. I loved unwinding in the sauna after a long day and the pool was just fantastic! The only slight downside was the breakfast rush, but honestly, that didn't take away from my awesome experience 😊
